Main Barn Box Stalls

Full Care – $530 per month Check or Credit Card

Includes hay fed twice daily (up to 4 flakes daily), shavings (up to 3 bags per week), daily cleaning, grain/meds/supplement (provided by owner) feeding, private tack space.

West Back Barn-Stall with Paddock

Self Care– $425 Check or Credit Card

(Stalls/paddocks must be cleaned daily)

East Back Paddocks

Full Care – $470 Check or Credit Card

Includes hay fed twice daily(up to 4 flakes daily), daily cleaning, grain/meds/supplement (provided by owner) feeding, tack space, (No bedding included, owners may purchase from Sugarland or owners may provide bedding)

Self-clean – $395 Check or Credit Card

Includes hay fed twice daily (up to 4 flakes daily), grain/meds/supplement (provided by owner) feeding, tack space. Stalls/paddocks must be cleaned daily.

Group Pasture

$375 Check or Credit Card

Includes hay fed twice daily (up to 4 flakes daily). Feed amounts are based on the weight of the average horse in the pasture.

Overnight Boarding

Box Stall $40/night includes shavings & automatic water.

Covered pipe pens $35/night.

Large parking area for any size truck/trailer. You are welcome to stay on the premises in your self contained RV or Living Quarters (unfortunately, hookups with water and/or electricity are not available). More info.

Additional Services

Trailer Parking – $40/month

Extra Hay Feeding – 1 flake daily $40/month

Blanketing – Once per day ($30/month) or Twice per day ($60/month)

Turn-out Service – 3 days per week ($60/month) 5 days per week ($100/Month)

Veterinarian/Farrier Handling – $25/visit

Pm Grain - $15 per month

Shavings- $7 per bag
